Working with ALPHA FUNDING  has been a blessing ! Every time we do a deal it’s as if they are  part of the  team & equally committed to our success . The systems & processes in place have allowed me to do multiple properties &  make multiple draws at once seamlessly which has allowed me to scale my business responsibly! The team over at Alpha has been amazing and truly helpful throughout every step of the process on all of our deals we’ve done with them - from the initial deal application, to closing, to the reno draws, to resale. It’s always been an headache free effortless process and a valuable relationship we will hold close moving forward on to many more of our future flips projects. We’ve used other well known lenders prior to Alpha, but Alphas process has set them a part from the rest. I had the privilege of finally meeting Matt Weber from Alpha Funding at a recent real estate networking event.  What a pleasure it was to speak with him and learn more about what his company offers.  He offers a wide range of funding for all of your real estate needs.  What touched me the most was the customer service I received from Matt. I had a client submit an application for a fix and flip online and there was a technical glitch that delayed the underwrite.

When I called I actually reached Matt, who is the Chief Revenue Officer for Alpha Funding. After hearing the issue, rather than passing me off to a member of his team, Matt actually took ownership of the problem, got on a 3-way call with my borrower and helped work thru the deal and offer terms on the call.
